Class of 2025: Everything You Need to Know About Your Graduation Ceremony

This article should answer any questions you may have about your graduation ceremony, which will 

take place on  Friday, June 5, 2026, in Paris, France.


Where and when is my ceremony taking place?

👉 Friday, June 5, 2026 at Espace Saint-Martin - 199 bis, rue Saint-Martin, 75003 Paris

Schedule : 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., including the cocktail reception.


How do I get to the ceremony venue?

Metro (direct from all major train stations)
Lines 1, 7 or 14: Châtelet - Les Halles
Line 3: Arts et Métiers or Réaumur - Sébastopol
Line 4: Etienne Marcel or Réaumur - Sébastopol
Line 11: Rambuteau (Grenier Saint-Lazare exit)

RER A, B or D: Châtelet - Les Halles station (Exit 2 - Porte de Lescaut)

                             

How do I register for the ceremony?

Each graduate will receive an invitation in early March 2026, sent to both their IPAG email address and their personal email address (please remember to check your spam folder).

How many guests can I invite?

Each graduate may invite up to 2 guests free of charge.

Graduates who do not attend the ceremony may not transfer their complimentary guest tickets.


How do I register my complimentary guests?

At the same time as completing your registration form, you must provide the names of your two complimentary guests.

Can I invite additional guests?

You can purchase additional paid tickets (€35 per guest) on the IPAG Alumni website:


  • Either at the same time as your registration,
  • Or later, without logging in, by clicking on the “Agenda” tab, then “Graduates Ceremony - Class of 2025”, then “Participate in the event”, and finally “Register for an event” under the “Public” section (payment by credit card).


How can I obtain a graduation certificate as part of my visa application?
Please send a request by email to rdd@ipag.fr and we will send you a certificate as soon as possible.

Are children allowed?
Children under 1 year old are not permitted in the event halls.
In general, children are not allowed, but children aged 8 and above may be admitted.

I forgot to register, can I still attend?
Due to security measures and the Vigipirate plan, you will not be able to attend the ceremony if your name is not on the registration list.

I can’t attend / my guest can’t attend,  who should I notify?
Please contact the IPAG Alumni office by email at rdd@ipag.fr, providing the graduate’s full name, program, and the name(s) of the guest(s) who can no longer attend.


One of my guests purchased a paid ticket but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
All reservations are final and non-refundable.
Only exceptional circumstances (hospitalization, death, etc.) will be considered.


How will the ceremony take place (schedule, diploma collection, duration…)?

Upon arrival, your tickets will be checked.
📢 Due to the Vigipirate security plan, no large bags or bulky items will be allowed on site.
Graduates and guests will be seated separately during the ceremony and will reunite during the cocktail reception.

The diploma presentation will take place in two parts:

  1. The ceremony: Graduates will walk the stage by program and specialization.

  2. Cocktail and photos.

On the day of the ceremony, when will I receive my diploma?
Your diploma will be handed to you at the beginning of the ceremony during check-in, upon presentation of your  ID (mandatory).
Once your diploma has been handed to you, you are responsible for it, as it will be the only copy.

⚠️ I can’t attend on the day  how can I collect my diploma?
The week following the ceremony, graduates who were unable to attend will receive an email allowing them to schedule an appointment to pick up their diploma.
These arrangements are handled by the Student Office: studentoffice.paris@ipag.fr

🤔 Is there a dress code?
Appropriate attire is required  and don’t forget, this is one of the most memorable moments of your life 😊
