I'm work driven, innovative and autonomous, and I'm looking for an opportunity within the area of Project Management / Project planning / Supply chain management / Industrial performance analysis / KPI developpement tools. I developped my knowledge in AGILE Methodology and SCRUM Project management through extensive reading about the subject and Case study analysis.

- Mise en place des indicateurs de performances en accord avec le SPS (Système de production Schneider)
- Conception du fichier d’analyse des indicateurs de performance pour assurer le suivi et le management du service logistique.
- Formation des coordinateurs à l’utilisation opérationnelle et quotidienne du fichier, Initiation à l’analyse croisée de donnée sur Excel.
- Analyse de 6 types de processus de l’activité magasin/logistique, et mise en place du mode opératoire de référence associé.
- Mission d’analyse d’un flux tripartite (Magasin / Production / Expédition), et re-engineering de celui-ci afin d’avoir des outils de suivi performants et faciles d’utilisation (Excel)
- Soutien du Responsable d’équipe logistique sur des missions variées (Mise à jour du fichier de productivité / Mise à jour du fichier de gestion des compétences du personnel / Animation des Animations à intervalle court)
- Mise en place des indicateurs de suivi de performance d’un prestataire externe et des pénalités associés en cas de performance non satisfaisante. (Suivi du stock sur site, Suivi du nombre de mouvements et leur valorisation, Temps de traversée, Suivi des inventaires).
- Analyse croisée de l’évolution des écarts d’inventaire et de l’évolution en nombre de ceux-ci.
