Part of the «Marketing and advertising in the digital age» module, this course dealt with the key issue of accountability in Marketing-Communication investments in the digital space. Easy access to vast amount of data and metrics on every single customer touchpoints does not make for a sound performance-driven strategy. Capability to measure does not mean it is always necessary to do so. Hence the need to master the metrics, the tools and the right indicators to implement efficient digital strategies.
